Chauntelle and her husband Frank Bruer reside in Mark, and her parents are John and Dee Biagi of rural Hennepin

Chauntelle is a graduate of Putnam County High School, Illinois Valley Community College with an AS degree in Political Science, and Illinois State University with a BS degree in Political Science. She is employed by the Illinois Secretary of State as a Public Service Representative at the LaSalle Driver’s Facility. Chauntelle is also the Treasurer of Granville Rotary and is a member of the Oglesby Elks.

As a part of her job on the County Board, Chauntelle serves on several committees that include: Insurance, Finance, Highway, Coop Extension, Resource Conservation & Development, Enterprise Zone, and Death Investigator. She is also co-chair on a committee to develop a Policy and Procedures Manual for the Courthouse.

Chauntelle has always enjoyed serving the people of Putnam County. She always puts a lot of thought into the way that she votes, and does what is best for the county and the people that she serves.
